Fat Loss Training the Mind

Let’s face it, if you’re not excited about working out, how long are you going to stay with your program? A week, a month, 3 months tops before you find other things that are more important. And then one day 6 months later you’re back where you started. Saying things like, “ I tried that and it doesn’t work” or “that workout wasn’t for me”.
How in the world do you get excited about working out? Whenever I go to the Y there is this blaring TV on in the exercise room on CNN. This is NOT the way to get excited about your program unless you are one of the lucky individuals that can tune it out or you get excited about world events.
The main thing is to get your mind in shape, in gear before you even think about working with your body. The way to do this is setting goals but more importantly, the items in your goals must be exciting enough for you to “want” to do them, not “have” to do them.
You know, to be really able to get into your workout. Almost like a mediation, in the “now” type thing. Be here now during your workout. Being into your workout also helps cut down your injuries to almost nil.
You have to find out what excites you about your workout. Is it the location? Do you find you exercise better when you can control the music or if it’s in nature instead of a closed room?
Does the thought of your new body to be, excite you to the point that it builds a determination that nothing is going to stop you this time? This can be a strong motivator.
If you still haven’t found your exciting motivator, ask yourself deeply, mediate on it for 5 min. and then forget it, the answer will come. You may suddenly remember something you did years ago and loved doing. Who says you can’t do it now?
The answer is inside, only you can find it and it will work perfectly just for you. Because it’s going to take a little umph from inside to keep you on track and excited about your workout especially if you’re into training. One example is this programSix Pack Abs.
