Jogging in place, flat on the floor is a wonderful exercise that you can do anywhere. Just put on your jogging shoes and run in place. You can be real gentle or really go at it. Either way you will feel it working almost immediately.
Actually it’s more like dancing in one place so go ahead and listen to your favorite music and get into the groove. Before long you will feel this exercise working your thigh and lower leg muscles. Especially the thighs, where we all need a little help.
Also be sure to work your arms back and forth like you’re running so your upper body can get a good workout also.
