You can lose at least 7-10 pounds just by drinking enough water. When you don't drink enough water, your body stores water inside, in case it is needed for a future water scarcity. Your body won't store water like this if it feels that there is an abundance of water. To assure your body that there is plenty available, you should drink at least eight glasses of water daily!

It has been reported people managed to lose a minimum of seven pounds once they start drinking more water! Once your body gets water regularly, it will stop hoarding water and flush out any excess water that it has stored!
