I don't know about you but when I get home from work it's a bit hard to just get things done and run to the gym for a workout before rushing back home to prepare dinner.

What usually happens is I find things to do long enough to keep me from going to the gym. So I quickly make up an excuse and tell myself I'll start back tomorrow.

And as you can guess it never happens.

Now I have finally found something that works. May not work for you but I keep seeing this video game called the wii active life. The people using it really seem to be having fun. Which means you do it more often. It's simple really the more fun something is the more we do it.
